TERMS

- Rental from Saturday to Saturday
- Maximum 16 guests. Gulls 6 , The Cormorant 8 Swallows 2
- Children welcome
- The property is non -smoking
- Pets are not allowed , even if they are small
- Deposit of € 500.00 required to be paid 3 days before arrival by bank transfer or credit card ( preferred method) . The deposit is returned within 15 days of check-out unless evidence of damage. In that case will be returned after enhancement of the damage.
- Check- in date to be agreed and to confirm the day before between 16:00 and 18:00. Different times must be agreed and confirmed and may incur additional charges .
- Check-out by 10:00 .
- Final cleaning is not included and are not mandatory if the house is returned in order, not the garbage left in the house , emptied the fridge and the freezer , plates and dishes washed and put away in the cupboards , furniture left where found, the barbecue left clean
