WEEKLY RENTALS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY

The weekly quotation includes:
-consumption of electricity up to a maximum of 15kwh/giorno
-water
-bed-linen
-bath-linen

For rentals longer than one week, including the change of linen and weekly cleaning service.

It 'requires a fully refundable security deposit within 15 days from the end of the stay.

CONDITIONS

A 50% of the total renting fee advance payment as well as the signed contract is required to confirm the reservation. balance payment is due two month prior to arrival. We accept bank wire and credit cards payments

Check-in time is between 16 and 18 pm
Check-out before 10 am

Arrivals and departures at different times must be agreed in advance. (there may be additional costs).

The booking is confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit and signed contract. We accept payments by bank transfer.

The property is non-smoking, and has to be returned clean and tidy.

If you check out the house is returned dirty will be charged € 300 for cleaning.
